Chef's Knife

I bought this knife when it had just come out and after using it for a few months, I think it deserves a quick review. I didn't know anything about Wahoo then but if Kellam says it's good, then it must be, right! I was imediately pleased with the fit and finish of the knife and overall feel of quality, Well balanced, very quick in the hand and holds very comfortably. I especially enjoy the well designed point which helps dispatch some veggies very quickly. I got comfortable really quick with it. It's lighter(and cheaper!) than a Henckels, it looks better than a Victorinox, cuts like a devil and has a bit of an asian flair. What more can you ask. Oh and by the way, the stainless damascus is definitly stainless, no worry there. This one is good to go in my book!
