Junior KnivesThe long appreciated KP Smithy has created the Juniors in keeping with the same principals of high quality in materials and workmanship, but made at a more affordable price. The steel is hand forged carbon that has been Progressiontempered© to a razor sharp edge. The handles are of curly birch (either natural or dyed dark) with a natural finish. The tang is heat forced into the handle 3/4 way then epoxied. Blades hold their edge well and are easy to resharpen. Knives have brass bolsters and leather spacers. Each comes with a fitted leather sheath
