I have an old puukko that my father bought in 1950. It still will hold a good edge. The only real knives I use puukkos for everything from carpentry to dressing big game. They truly are 'the only real knives'. Great knives I have purchased two Kellam knives. The quality, beauty and cutting abilities of the carbon blade seem second to none.
