The M-Line sporting knives are reliable sharp tools you can depend on in the field. You can easily clean and dress game and fillet fish without having to resharpen. These quality forged blades will keep their edge well through much skinning and filleting. Many of these knives have rubber handles for sure grip and while working in wet and slippery conditions. The fillet knives have thin but sturdy blades with some flex to them and are also handy in the kitchen for cutting tomatoes into paper thin slices.
