International Shipping:
Be aware it’s possible to incur customs fees when the package arrives.
For shipping to Canada, we offer two options:
- Priority Mail (6 - 10 days), costs $25.00. The package cannot be tracked but will be insured.
- Express Mail (5 days), costs $32.00. The package can be tracked and is insured.
- Priority Mail (6 - 10 days), costs $35.00. The package cannot be tracked but will be insured.
- Express Mail (5 days), costs $38.00. The package will be tracked and insured.

These shipping costs are based on 1lb (one knife) package weight. If the shipping costs will get higher due to the weight of your order, we will notify you and add the extra costs on your total.
- We deliver worldwide. You can order and pay for the products online. However, when ordering to any other country than UK or US, the total of your order will exclude shipping costs. After you have placed your order, we will contact you with your shipping options and prices, and add the shipping costs on the total of your order.
Return Policy:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase for exchange or refund of the purchase price excluding shipping fees within 14 days from receipt of the item. All items must be in new, unused condition and ready for restocking.

You will not be refunded your shipping costs unless we inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise. We recommend that you ship with insurance. If the shipment contains items less than $100.00 in value, the insurance is not needed.
