That's impressive After splitting the breastbone lengthwise on both deer, plus cutting both of them up, including deboning all of the meat, the Leuku is still sharp... Impressed with all knives ordered I used the Teflon Bill Hook M1000 this weekend.....GREAT! A friend saw the M571 & loved it so I gave it to him. Now I'll have to order several of... The only real knives I use puukkos for everything from carpentry to dressing big game. They truly are 'the only real knives'.
