I have had this knife strapped to my boot for a whole summer, until tragically loosing it on a rock slide. After growing accustom to the convenience it provided me I continued to habitually reach down to grab it when my task at hand required it, only to fumble at the empty sheath still hanging from my everyday all-purpose combat boot. It has been my go to for trimming sewn threads, opened countless boxes, done many rough cutts on medium to heavy leather, weeded, picked, and prodded. thankfully my local vendor, an antique shop near to me, had a second, and a third in case I loose it as well.
