Okay, here's the update on this knife that I said I would post a few months back. This knife is great, it has handled every one of the cutting tasks I have thrown at it. The SPT blade holds an edge like nothing I have every used before, and I own several high quality knives. I've used this knife for wood carving, cleaning fish, and the blade remained sharp enough to cut some wood chips for a campfire. I haven't even needed to sharpen it yet, as it still remains paper-slicing sharp. This is a knife I feel confident enough in to go hiking or camping with this as my only knife. (I usually have at least one other backup)
