Shipping & Returns

Shipping within the U.S:

All orders are usually shipped out in three business days of receiving the order. 6% sales tax will be applied to purchases shipped within Florida.

• All online orders are sent by United States Postal Service Priority Mail (not UPS, unless requested). Please specify in your notes on the checkout page if you want your product insured. Please inform if you would like to sign for your item upon receipt.
• Other methods of shipment such as overnight and FedEx are available via phone order at 1-800-390-6918.

Cost of shipping within the U.S. will vary depending on the total of your order, which will be clearly outlined before the checkout procedure is complete. See table below.

For unusual orders (extremely heavy), we will contact you with shipping options.


International Shipping:

Be aware it’s possible to incur customs fees when the package arrives.

For shipping to Canada, we offer two options:

1. Priority Mail (6 - 10 days), costs $32.00. The package cannot be tracked but will be insured.
2. Express Mail (5 days), costs $36.00. The package can be tracked and is insured.

For shipping to United Kingdom, we offer two options:

1. Priority Mail (6 - 10 days), costs $42.00. The package will be insured.
2. Express Mail (5 days), costs $49.00. The package will be tracked and insured.

These shipping costs are based on 1lb (one knife) package weight. If your item can fit in a flat rate envelope or box we will offer you that discounted rate. If the shipping costs are higher due to the weight of your order, we will notify you and and wait for your acceptance to add the extra costs on your total.

For overseas shipping (other than CA and UK):

• We deliver worldwide. You can order and pay for the products online. However, when ordering to any other country than Canada, UK or US, the total of your order will exclude shipping costs. After you have placed your order, we will contact you with your shipping options and prices. When you decide how you would like your item shipped we then add the shipping costs on the total of your order.

Return Policy:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase for exchange or refund of the purchase price excluding shipping fees within 14 days from receipt of the item. All items must be in new, unused condition and ready for restocking.

Please tell us your reason for the return when you contact us by any manner above.

You will not be refunded your shipping costs unless we inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise. We recommend that you ship with insurance. If the shipment contains items less than $100.00 in value, the insurance is not needed.
