Impressed with all knives ordered I used the Teflon Bill Hook M1000 this weekend.....GREAT! A friend saw the M571 & loved it so I gave it to him. Now I'll have to order several of... The only real knives I use puukkos for everything from carpentry to dressing big game. They truly are 'the only real knives'.
